In 2003 we built the wine lodge. Its a desert structure that is built from wood and mud. It has a look of a large wine barrel with spectacular desert view. Through itd large windows you can view the sunset and desert colors with all the glory of this magnificent nature.

Part of this wine house is used now for a desert khan, a lodging facility for small groups

Our Desert farm operates as a family business. Together with our children – Karen, Roy and Guy, we continuously develop our farm into a pleasant place of natural environment. In 2007 we added an orchard of organic olive trees and pomegranates .

Nahal Boker Vineyards Desert farm: high quality wine , 3 guest lodges, 1 cabin for couples, a tent for groups/families up to 20 persons, Zin Valley, Ein Avdat National Park, Ein Akev oasis, Mizpe Ramon/Ramon Crater.

Founders and owners are Moshe and Hilda Zohar. Moshe born in Eilat and Hilda in the Netherlands. Their love for the Negev desert was the main reason to settle here.
